MENYA MONSE is a RAMEN restaurant specialized in Peruvian " CALDO DE GALLINA", a chicken based soup with noodles, boiled potatoes, half-boiled egg, green onions and chicken, served with a lime twist and "rocoto" hot pepper jelly. We have other traditional Japanese ramen as well.
